Thank you. I hope GM does pick the dealer charge If the knew about this possible clamp issue, why not recall? As commented above, if this happens on highway in the fast lane of busy highway, people can get killed over GM saving a few pennies on a clamp. Silly accounting and engineering mistake. What are people doing to prevent this? Maybe a check in place every year? Really upset at GM over this.
