I have also had the same issue with my brand new 2023 Chevy Silverado XLT. Happens randomly maybe 4 or 5 times since I purchased it new in April. I haven’t spoken to the dealership about it yet, but planning too soon. Sounds like a Chevy wide issue that deserves a recall or at least a software update to fix if that can address it. My worry is it is some sort of hard wire shorting issue which would be much more difficult to fix and would require bring it in verse a simple software update.
