  1. Suggestion. Purchase something like I have linked below. It provides you the DRL connection without screwing up your OEM connectors. I have a couple of these because I added running lights and turn signals to my running boards. Other companies make these as well so only reference this one because they did me right. I also think there is another thread here that provides the pinout which includes DRL wire...just be careful if you connect so as not to screw a wire that you need. https://www.starkey-products.com/products/chevrolet-gmc-1500-2500-3500-silverado-sierra-2022-2023-2024
  2. Same deal. 2019 with 5.3L at 44k miles and started to experience a slight shudder at about 25mph with gradual acceleration. I use a Range device to disable DFM. Brought it in and had the Tranny flush....seems to have made a difference. Do not have any symptoms afterwards and keeping fingers crossed. Dealership was quick to point out either the Tech Bulletin for Tranny Flush or TC issue.
  3. I have a similar issue except both #1 and #2 keyfobs are with previous owners. Spoke with dealership and they said they would do exactly what NEWDUDE reported. They also said since I did not buy my working #3 keyfob from them that they would be hesitant at reprogramming and instead selling a new one ($500). I decided the Memory settings are not that important when I am the only driver. There are youtube videos on how to reprogram as long as you have a physical key. Looks simple enough to follow but I have held off because its not yet a priority for me...will do that before paying dealership though.
  4. Was afraid of that. Thankfully its not urgent and I will do it when I am bored or have a few bills hanging loose to waste. Thank You much sir.
  5. None of the original 2 key fobs. It was an aftermarket fob that registers as Driver #3. I have since added a valid GMC key fob that also registers as Driver 3 and I self programmed another one (Amazon) that comes up as Driver #4. I am trying to remove the original 2 from settings so I can possibly reprogram the ones I have to Driver 1 and 2.
  6. Bought a 2019 Sierra 1500 SLT recently but it only came with an aftermarket key fob without a hard key. Hired a certified locksmith to create a GMC key fob and he cut a hard key as well. Everything works well, however the truck sees this key fob as Driver #3 and this configuration does not allow setting anything into the Memory settings (looks for #1 and #2). I have called several local dealers and they keep bouncing me around without answers. My questions to this forum would be if I should utilize the links from web on how to program without any key fob and just overwrite those currently in memory or do I need to go to dealer and let them experiment. Key Fob works fine except the memory settings. Thanks ahead of time.
