My sun roof leaked in to my headliner during a particularly bad FL storm. I think a few things lead to this: I park my truck backward on my sloped driveway, with the front downhill After almost 50K miles, the sunroof seal had a lot of dirt on it The sunroof is designed to leak some amount (that is why there is a drain in each corner), BUT the center front of the drain channel is very shallow. As best as I can tell, the water overwhelmed the center of the channel, drained down toward the center control panel, and then ran across the headliner and finally exited where it meets the A-Pillar grab handle. I cleaned the sunroof seal with Extang Tonneau Tonic, and the body surface with Adams Detail Spray. I'm hoping cleaning all the surfaces will allow for a better seal, but long term the solution might be not to park facing downhill (or to modify the front channel to have higher sides in the middle. I was unable to find any good information on drain locations (I initially assume the drain was clogged), so I posted some pictures and descriptions here:

I spend some time today dealing with a leaking sunroof on my 2020 LT Trail Boss Crew Cab, and I was unable to find any pictures or good descriptions (on GM Trucks or elsewhere) showing drain hole locations for entry or exit, so I figured I'd fix that. Entry holes: One on each corner of the sun roof. To easily see (and access) the front holes, you need to remove the pop-up air deflector. You can't really see the back holes, but you can see the hose coming out from the corner. If you put water in the metal track, it will run back to the rear holes. See arrows in attached photos. Exit holes: The front exit appears to be behind the wheel well lining on each side (I didn't actually remove it to verify); water will drip off the mud guards when draining. The rear exit is on the back of the cab; if you look up between the bed and the cab you will see a black cylinder sticking out on each side.
