Hi all, new member here, just picked up a new-to-me 2021 LT TrailBoss with the 6.2 on Saturday. Love the engine and truck but am unfortunately already having an issue with it. The center screen/ infotainment system keeps crashing and restarting/going black. Worked fine all day Saturday after buying, starting on Sunday it has had this screen crashing issue. I’ve also noticed it keeps going back into demo mode after every time it crashes. Keep hitting vehicle purchased but it does nothing. Will crash when: 1. I just leave it and don’t touch it 2. if I adjust audio at all it immediately crashes 3. If it lets you use it for a minute like it should work, then you press something it doesn’t like then it crashes. I have seen the other forums and appears to be a known issue. Truck has 51k miles so is out of bumper to bumper warranty unfortunately. Am looking for any advice on what to do, have tried factory reset multiple times and it does not help. As of now the screen is basically useless, can’t have directions, music, nothing for more than a few minutes before crashing. Have spoken with dealer and they said to bring it in and they’ll look at it, but am not confident that they will be able to do anything as it’s a Dodge/jeep/Ram dealer. Would greatly appreciate if anyone has any advice or tips on how to potentially fix it. Thanks
