Update: still have the same issue after dealership updated software of new radio. Was told new radio may be bad and currently waiting a new radio.

Update ---- Dealership changed the radio. still haven same issue. will go back during next oil change. have not tried the mute/end call button. but i have seen that remedy posted before

during the 1st month of having the truck it happen two times. after 4 months its happening every other day. the only cure is to shut the truck down for a few minutes and then starts working again. Any ideas?

its getting more and more common for me. it seems like every other day the audio is not working typically after shutting down the engine for a few minutes it will reset and work again but its getting old. it happen twice in a month but after having the truck for 4 months now it seems to be every other day.
