  1. I drained the front axle on my 2018 Silverado and got pretty much exactly 1.5 quarts out of it (I measured it). I tried to put 1.5 quarts back but it got an extra big gulp at the end so it' over 1.5 quarts. I don't know how much but it's level to the fill hole. Do I need to drain this and do it again? The truck was level on the ground and it wasn't fun which is why it got the extra gulp. I can get both ends off the ground equally if I do this again.
  2. This is what Superior Solutions had to say about it. If I read this right you must be at operating temp to do a flush with the stock cooler block, but you can in fact do the flush cold if you install the STL010 block first.
  3. I want to change the trans filter and flush the fluid in my 61K 2018 Silverado 5.3L 6 speed. I don't want to warm the trans up for this. I also have the Superior Solutions STL010 Cooler Bypass to install. So, if I understand this correctly I can install STL010 first, then partially flush the fluid (cold) until the flow starts to diminish, cut if off, change the filter, fill the fluid up, and then finish the flush until the fluid looks clean. Is that correct? Alex
