  1. Yea, kinda figured something was weird when everything I’ve read from a lot of post, talked about the ranches as stock.. I took the hour and switch them all out for the Bilstein 5100s.. ride is probably about the same as far as daily driving. Bilsteins do recover a lot quicker, which is what I was wanting.. The ride with the ACDelcos wasn’t atrocious by any means when just daily driving .. but when going over dig dips or towing, they weren’t very comfortable/stable feeling as the rear end would keep bouncing 4-5times after going over dips on the highway.. the Bilsteins stopped all that and eliminated that “oh crap” feeling. The ACDelcos I could just lean on and they would compress, the Bilsteins you actually had to put all your weight on them and push to compress them.. on a 1500 the ACDelcos would probably be pretty damn good imho.
  2. Hello, I've tried doing some research on the Stock Shocks that came on my 2024 Silverado 2500 HD High Country, and can't find anything, no reviews..nothing. I was wondering how the OEM ACDelco 84673204 Stock Shocks compare to the Bilstein 5100's - Most if not all post pertain to Stock Shocks being Ranchos..but in my case, that isn't the case. I have the 5100's aready at home. I just haven't switched over to them yet.. Was wondering if the ACDelco stock shocks are decent / good and if I should just wait until they start failing before switching over. attached is the picture of the Stock Shock that came on the 2500 HD High Country
