It is a L84 and the mechanical delete is done. I just need to find the most cost effective tuning to delete DFM from ECU. Btw 2019+ did not get L83 only L82 (AFM) or L84 (DFM).

Hey man I sent you a PM. I bought a 19 Z71 L83 5.3 last week with 107k and I think a lifter just failed last night. Engine is misfiring and throwing a P0308 cylinder 8 misfire and P050D - Powertrain (cold start misfire). I think we are in the same area and would appreciate your advice and maybe link me up with your mechanic that resolved your issue. I might attempt to tackle a DFM delete myself but I'd like to chat if you are willing. Thanks.
