Sierra2016ATX

Hello, I’ve searched the forums to try and see if anyone else had this issue or was able to resolve it. The infotainment center and radio on my 2016 Sierra has a flickering problem. Sometimes it will be on and sometimes it will completely cut out, both the media screen and the radio. I unplugged and plugged back in the blue electrical connection behind the glove box, but that didn’t seem to help at all. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!
