2022 2500HD, in the Arctic. 1) Anybody know why these GM engineers have to prove again (since it sucked in the 80’s) when wipers drop to park down into a non heated trough behind the hood is a failure of engineering?? Such a miserable design!!! Constantly frozen in a block of ice and won’t come back on when you need them, it’s dangerous!! Any time it’s snowing and blowing and any temp less than 32*F you cannot stop the glaciers and clobs of ice and all the clatter and busted wiper blades…. You are lucky to SEE where you are driving in a white out. 2) anybody know why they made it so darned miserable to change out a headlight bulb? Take me back to 2005. Mash that button. This was not even a bad day, just average snow and warm outside - parked with heat on defrost full blast for 30 minutes !!! It will stay that way all night and all day it just builds ice and jams up. Chip chip chip chip to keep it functional. I cannot imagine trying to drive on a freeway where it would be critical to see through all the road slop and snow flakes. Sure wish they would pull their heads out of their rectum.
