I'm experiencing this issue right now. Customer replaced their cluster on their 2014 Silverado but never programmed it to properly communicate with the BCM or other modules. Successfully performed the replace and program function, correcting the VIN on the new cluster. All codes within the cluster are gone and everything works fine, however center display is completely blank. As mentioned above, attempted to reprogram several times with no change. Disconnected battery for 20 minutes and reconnected, still no change. I noticed you mentioned a usb drive update and have looked everywhere to find the applicable usb update but no luck. I used SPS2 via Techline Connect on a Maxi Elite MDI for all programming. Alternatively I also used a Maxi JVCI, same issue persists. Also to note, the center display did function prior to reprogramming.
