Hi Guys, have an interesting issue... I had updated the programming in my Radio to resolve issues relating to intermittent no audio and chimes when I start the truck in the winter. That program was successful. However, I had also sent an update to the instrument cluster which seems to have completed successfully, but I have no lcd screen or certain indicator lights that come on normally. Gauges work. I can communicate with the cluster otherwise. Steering wheel buttons do not work as a result as well. The truck is a 2015 Sierra Crew cab with IO5 Level radio. Wondering if anyone else came across this issue and knows how to resolve this...
