ok folks. I got the dreaded, stuck in 4wd situation going on. My turn knob is only lit at Awd, I bought a new actuator motor and replaced it and it did not help OTHERTHAN its now in 2wd and will not engage into 4wd. (event tho the knob still says AWD). When I replaced the Transfer Case Motor, I heard a big clunk right as i pealed the motor off , which was it disengaging from 4wd. But now i cant get into back into 4wd. I also ready somewhere about the TCCM, How do you know if you have a transfer case motor issue or TCCM issue? Lastly, anyone tried resets or reprogramming? pulling a fuse or disconnecting the batter for 6 hours? anyone been in my shoes and solved the issue?

I am having the same issue. I did Lean how to manually take it out of 4wd. I replaced the transfer case motor, did the reset sequence and it has not helped my issues. but now rather than being stuck in 4wd and im 2 wheel and cannot get into 4wd. When i took off the old transfer case motor, I heard a loud clunk when i pulled it off. Now the same 4wd light is lit but its actually only in 2wd

Hi All, What is out there for common tunes for 5.3? I have started towing trailer for work on a pretty regular basis and it feels like a LOT for the truck, Granted it's a heavy trailer (enclosed double axel gutter trailer) but it pulls like a lead sled. Getting like 9 mpg sucks and i'm babying it. Over all i'd like to get better MPG and a bit more power for pulling a trailer. What are the reputable tunes out there?

I did not even know that was a thing. Amazing. Ill be interested to get in there and find out if its maxed out or not. Very cool!

Hey everyone, I am new to the community and I just purchased my very first Silverado. 2014, very clean. I am pretty happy with it. I was always planning on putting a leveling kit on as soon as I bought a truck, but I am wondering if this truck has already been leveled. The top of the wheel well is currently sitting at 37.75 inches (front) and 38.25” (rear). But I cannot see any hardware that would indicate that it has. it is sitting on 22’s so maybe it’s just the bigger rims? I was expecting the top of the wheel wells to come in more at like 36.5” It was bought from a small dealer and I didn’t even ask. Anyone do a 2inch level and can report hight at the top of the wheel well? Thanks!
