  1. If anyone finds this in the future, the fix was just replacing the speaker itself. I just replaced both front tweeters with GM GENUINE 22933869. Since replacing one meant removing the same things for the other anyway.
  2. 2018 GMC Sierra 1500, SLT, 2WD, 5.3L V8, Bose 6 speaker system with subwoofer NKC Is this a speaker issue or amp? Does the blinker sound come from this speaker? Conditions: Parked for 10mins from being driven for about 15mins in about 80 degree F weather, I hear a high-pitched noise immediately after turning on the truck from this upper speaker on driver side. I could hear the door chime still going off in a weird off-tune noise and then nothing. No radio, no blinker sounds, nothing from that speaker now. This was less than a week from this post. The door speaker works just fine. Some things I feel are notable: 1. Replaced door speaker less than a year ago. 2. Reset all settings over a week ago, before this issue. 3. I always had an intermittent issue with sound where I would need to turn the volume up about halfway to get the right side passenger speakers to "turn on" or activate and things would be great. Work to diagnose: 1. Checked for blown fuses in left panel on driver side. 2. Checked for blown fuses in the box under the hood. 3. I did not check for blown fuses in the passenger side. Nothing else is wrong with the truck mechanically.
