I am having a similiar issue. 2022 Chevy 2500HD. everything works with the infotainment screen .. except incoming voice sounds. Can’t hear the other person talking via Bluetooth or when on CarPlay .. can’t hear voice sounds from navigation / Siri .. music and radio stations work .. literally just no incoming voice.
