I want to install a 12 volt outlet on the bed of my 2022 2500HD Silverado. Before I pry it of, what goes in this oval shaped plastic thingy by the tailgate?

I recently purchased a 2022 2500HD Work truck. It has the Z82 Trailering Package but I really want to monitor the trailer TPMS sensors. Is this something that can be installed after the fact? If so what parts do I need to order?
