  1. This is a two part series where we show how to install a 7" SkyJacker lift Kit on a 2016 Silverado. This is a Complete, Step-By-Step guide that includes all bolt sizes and torque specs. This video will be very similar on many GM trucks and SUVs but is specifically designed for the 2014 - 2018 Silverado and Sierra models. We originally shot this video series back in August of 2019 but due to the size and complexity of the project, it has taken us until now to finally publish. This was a massive undertaking and learning experience for us with over 400 video clips that had to be edited and distilled into this final format you see here. As a result of lessons learned creating this series, we have completely changed our audio gear and filming process which has made creating even more ambitious guides such as the AFM/DOD delete series a reality. EXPLANATION FOR SWAY BAR BOLTS: After reviewing the video footage, we believe we reversed the bolts that were included with the kit. We believe that the included kit bolts may have been to hold the brackets to the vehicle and the OEM bolts that came off the truck were to meant to be combined with the nuts and washers provided by SkyJacker. We ended purchasing our own bolts to attach the sway bar to the bracket. ??
