So I have a 2017 Silverado 1500 5.3 3.42 gears with towing package(not NHT). I have installed Bilstein 5100s on all four corners. Tow mirrors being shipped as we speak. Air bags are up next. Here is my dilemma. My wife has her heart set on a Forest River Vibe 32BH. It is 38 feet long, dry weight of 7400#, cargo capacity of 2300# and a hitch weight of 930# fully loaded. I don’t plan to ever haul with full water, and I highly doubt I ever put 2300# of gear in it. We plan on towing it in our local area with 1 trip a year from Virginia to New York. I will also be the only one in the vehicle when towing as she and the kids will go in our van. Just want to get some of your thoughts on this setup. Thank you.

Ever since my last oil change and recall service to the brake pad sensors, I have been hearing a frequent double popping noise on the right side of my truck, seemingly favoring the front wheel area. This noise is impossible to forcibly repeat, however, like clockwork it always occurs twice (two double pops) on my way to and from work (and yes, the road is absolutely smooth, no bumps or pot holes to cause this). This typically occurs at around 60mpg and every 5-10 miles. Everyone I have talked to including the service department at my local GM have no clue what is going on. The truck will be going into the shop soon for troubleshooting. Any ideas what might be going on? Anyone with a similar issue? -
I am selling my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Z71 Extended Cab 4WD. It is red. It has a 6" Rough Country suspension lift kit on it. It has 35x12.50R17 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires and 17X9 Pro Comp 7032 wheels. It has brand new MOOG upper and lower control arms and ball joints, GM torsion bars, GM instrument cluster, GM turn signal lever/horn, EBCM and BPMV, and Rain-X windshield wipers. It has a bull bar, tow mirrors (I still have original mirrors), running boards (I still have original running boards), bug deflector, side window deflectors, all-weather floor mats, fender flares, mud flaps, rear wheel well liners, locking tailgate, black diamond plate toolbox, black bed rails and bed caps, and spray-in bed liner. I also have an aftermarket Sony radio and a Hypertech Speedometer Calibrator for it. I have a clean and clear title. Pictures are available upon request. Regular oil changes and maintenance. I have all service records and receipts for everything done.
