If you’ve been eyeing 20-inch wheels for your new Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD or 3500HD, be prepared for disappointment. The models will have one less wheel option for now as Chevrolet has let dealers know that the (SQ9) LPO 20-inch wheel is on hiatus and cannot be ordered.

The change was noted on the GM Order Guide, which was recently updated to note:
Exterior section- (SQ9) LPO, 20″ (50.8 cm) Machined Aluminum Bolt Pattern with High Gloss Black Accents wheels, added “Not available at this time.” to the beginning of footnote.

Online retailers & dealerships who sell the dealer-installed option note that any orders for this wheel won’t be in stock until at least October 31st, 2023. So if you’re interested in this good looking option, you’ll have to wait a few months, or if the UAW goes on strike, perhaps a lot longer. The good news is these wheels will be available at your local dealer anytime after they come back in stock, so adding them to any 2020+ Silverado or Sierra HD that has single rear wheels won’t be a problem. MSRP is $595 per wheel, but you can find them cheaper online.
