Brady Ranweiler has taken home the 2020 SEMA Battle of the Builders “Top Builder” Award with his custom Hot Rod 1963 Chevrolet Wagon. Brady beat out three other finalists, including legendary designer/builder Chip Foose.

Despite being held entirely online this year, the 2020 SEMA Show (SEMA360 this year) is rewarding the nation’s top builders through the annual “Battle Of The Builders” face off.

The nation wide contest for custom builders to compete against each other culminated when the top 12 finalists were cut down to the top four just before the winner was announced. One of the coolest aspects to this contest is those top 12 finalists are the judges of the final four and ultimately end up picking the winner.

In addition to Brady, the top four finalists included Mark Giambalvo and his 1965 Chevrolet C10 (Truck/Off-Road), Chip Foose and his 1974 Jaguar E-Type (Sport Compact), and Young Guns winner Cody Medeisis with his 1968 Chevrolet Camaro.

You can watch the builders compete and learn more about the top four finalists when the TV special “SEMA: Battle Of The Builders” airs on the A+E, FYI and HISTORY Channels in January 2021. GM-Trucks.com will let you the exact date and time when it’s announced.
