    My 2017 does the same thing but didn’t start until I hit like 17kmi, and it only happened when I was towing. I brought it in and GM replaced the stock thermostat. Now it fluctuates even more, even under normal city/highway driving without any load. Brought it back and they stated it’s “normal” as the new thermostats are slower opening, due to all the rad issues they’ve had in the past.
