Just thought I would contribute...6" Fabtech lift. Federal Couragia M/T 35x12.5 on 18" Black Rhino alloys :-)

This can happen when the backup camera harness becomes disconnected or damaged. Inspect the cable that enters the the underside of the truck bed (center of tailgate) for damage and ensure it is firmly connected to the distribution box just above the spare tire. Hopefully its just a dirty/dusty connection and simply needs to be re-seated or possibly cleaned and sealed with dielectric grease :-)
