I am going to call and ask exactly what they ordered. The truck has less than 1k miles but the steering is noticeably lose but probably not near as bad of some people on here. I also have the noise coming from the steering column and I also have have to keep the steering wheel about 5 degrees to the left to keep the truck strait. Not sure if these are separate or related issues.
2 weeks with my new Denali and this... I don't think it's a scratch but it's not coming off. I'm pretty sure it happened when the dealer installed the tonneau cover but I have no proof. Looks like it could be buffed out but I'm not sure what I would need.
Just moved from a 2014 SLT 1500 to 2016 Denali 2500. The steering seems quite a bit looser than what my 1500 was. Not sure if this is normal or not because it is a bigger truck. Is this normal for the bigger trucks? My 1500 steering seemed much tighter. I saw some posts about people complaining after 10k miles or so but my truck is brand new, less than 500 miles.
I am looking at a 2016 slt that I know my local dealer needs to get off the lot before the end of the year. It has a lift kit and some other custom work already done to it. They are listing it as $19,450 add on. I am trying to get an idea of what the real cost of the add ons are. Description: SCA true 6" suspension kit, SCA pocket style fender flares, 35" BF Goodrich all-terrain KO2 tires, black 5" oval wheel-to-wheel side steps, stainless steel dual performance exhaust, SCA engine management calibration, 20" Black Widow wheels, SCA brake caliper covers, Black Widow custom stitched headrests, red LED interior lighting, Black Widow badging, Black Widow "puddle" projector lighting.
I have around 800 miles on the truck. Almost all my driving is city driving 4 miles to work, 4 miles home for lunch, 4 miles back and 4 miles home. About once a week I take 50 mile interstate driving trip. I am in Florida, it has been in the mid 70's for the past 10 days. I am averaging. 12.5 on the current tank. 15 MPG lifetime and I think the only reason it is that high is because it was a dealer swap that had to be driven here. Could this just be because I don't drive that much? My truck has zero mods...right now
