  1. So I have a 2016 cc Lt 4x4 and want to level it. I have searched and searched and can't quite find the answer. What are the different effects of using a top mounted level or bottom mounted? Are the Bilstein 5100 leveling shocks a better way to go? And if they are, will the snap ring that holds the spring be string enough? It just seems a bit small to hold the weight. I would like to have a very small amount of rake for when I tow my trailer. Thanks guys. Bob Bob
  2. roundsy's 2015 silverado rcsb z71 4x4

So that's no lift just a level kit and 305 tires? Damn that looks sweet. Bob
  3. Motofab 2.5 level kit

Due to angle of suspension, that should put it close. I believe they say that on the website. You'll be fine. Post pics when done!! Bob
  4. Husky floor mats?

I hope. Saved mine when i traded out today. I believe the interior is the same. Just new front end facia. Bob
  5. If you dont mind me asking, what caused your noise? My 15 silverado has the exact same sound. Sucks about the hail damage. Id ask for a heavily discounted new one. Welding jobs are seldom good, but there are people that can do it. Bob
  6. New Guy New Truck, Need Tire Advice

  7. Lots of issues

I think shackle bolts and bolts holding leaf springs to axle. Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
  8. Lots of issues

I generally keep mine at least 5 years. I have yet to find a vehicle I love and don't want to part with. Probably never will. I'm only 33 so I haven't had a ton of vehicles so 5 years is a long time for me. I was spotting tonight and herd no clunks on the back roads. That made me happy. The v4-v8 chirp didn't seem as prevalent tonight. I think my dealer may have worked something free or clamped it open before I got it back. Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
  9. Lots of issues

Dealer called. They gave me new shackles and leaf springs on the back. My new exhaust will be here next week. I will have them clamp it open when they install it. All under warranty. Hopefully this truck last me a long time. Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
  10. So i took my truck in for the squeaking noise which I have now seen as the flapper on the exhaust when going from v4 to v8. They are replacing my whole exhaust system under warranty. I also have the rear end clunk. They are replacing my leaf springs and shackles under warranty. They are also replacing the axles as I understood them. I have a 15 Silverado double cab 4x4. Lt1 with z71 package. I have less than 10k on it. Why does my truck have so many issues? Just venting a little. I spent a lot on a brand new truck and I find this unacceptable.
