  1. I spent about a week researching upgrading my mirrors from DL3 to Towing Mirrors on my 16 GMC Sierra SLT Z71. Phil was a huge help and was able to give some great advice and direction. I had spoken to 2 different dealerships and neither one could give me a definite answer about compatibility. Phil helped me with the harnesses that were needed to make the mirrors I purchased from https://www.1aauto.com/search?q=1AMRP01786+ work perfectly. Most importantly, I was able to keep all the functions my factory mirrors had (power fold, reverse tilt, turn signals, heat, memory, key fob fold and unfold). Phil, Thanks for the quick responses and the great harnesses that you made for me. I would agree that they were comparable to the factory harness that I pulled out of the truck. Quality product you have sir!!
  2. 2016 GMC Sierra SLT Z71. RC 2.25 leveling kit on the front, stock blocks on the rear. Tires are Nitto Grappler 285/65r20. Stock rims, no offset.
  3. Haven't driven them in the rain yet, but thanks for the heads up.
  4. 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 Z71. 2.25 Readylift level kit (Front Only) K&N Air Intake Tinted front windows Snugtop Rebel 20" Honeycomb Chrome OEM Wheels Nitto Grappler G2 285/65r20 (slight rub, but not a concern) very happy with these tires.......My opinion is they actually improved the overall ride comfort.
  5. Since the back sits a tad bit lower, it does make sense to lower the headlight angle a bit. pretty easy to do. clockwise DOWN counter clockwise UP
  6. Can you get a pic of the leveling block that you have in the rear? Thnx
  7. Here's a shot of my 2016 GMC Sierra Z71 SLT. I had the Ready Lift 66-3085 2.25" suspension lift installed. This pic is of the before the shell and after the shell installation. The leveling kit leaves the truck with a slight rake that is only really noticeable because of the step assists rails on the side. Measured the front and then the back (of rails) and there is about a 3/4" rise. I am good with rake and thinks it looks much better then stock.
  8. Before and after snugtop. 2016 slt Z71
  9. Yes, I installed the 2.25 ready lift on the front and the rear is stock. It has a very slight rake (high in the front). You can only tell because you can see it on the step assist tubes along the sides. I am getting a snug top installed this weekend and am contemplating adding 1" to the rear to compensate.
  10. I paid $250 for installation. That included labor, tax and allingment.
  11. I didn't measure the front before, but it's now at 38.5 and that back is at 39.5. Tires have 32#'s in them now which is the factory recomindation (had 38#s when purchased from the dealer).
  12. Bottom is the before and top is the after. I did not put any blocks in the rear, left it stock for now. So just the 2.25" Ready Lift Leveling Kit up front. 66-3085
  13. Just had the 2.25" Ready Lift leveling kit installed on my 2016 GMC Sierra Z71 5.3L
