One month ago I bought a New 2016 Silverado 3500 HD and the Navigation/Radio/Console randomly reboots, looses navigation, and disconnects my phone. It has also changed radio stations without being prompted. It is completely random. I went for a week without it happening and now it has happened 2 days in a row. I asked the dealership what they would do to troubleshoot and they said a factory reset was the first thing to try. I can do this myself in the console (when it works), but it doesn't solve the problem. I have read that several other people are experiencing this issue. What has resolved it--and how do you get the dealership to fix it right even without duplication? I need my truck to haul. I can't leave it at the dealership for days with a mechanic trying to reproduce the problem. Thanks.
