Replace Frame?... about like coming down the assembly line all over again, without the order and precision in which things come on. I'd hope to think it could be done but my gut says it would rattle and squeak more than a stone thrasher. All kinds of rubber parts to aid in noise dampening, wire looms, dashboard rattles.... chassis parts, engine, tranny, brakes, entire front end + more. Hum--. seems overwhelming.....
