2014 silverado wt the small radio screen obviously. Dont know model number on radio. Its the stock head unit once again

Recently added subs to my 1500 and using stock head unit and ever since my radio needs to be turned on manually and it says no vin. Not sure what it means. Now it wants to stay on after turning truck off and key out driver door open etc. Drained battery once already.

Radio modifications, having issues with a security sytem im guessing but not sure. Doesnt turn off when driver door opens w/o key, need help advice
