    They updated my software etc..it didn't fix the issue.

    I got my truck back yesterday from the dealer. Nothing was broken or disconnected in other words it is working as intended. I'm going to follow SkipperMatt's advice and order a new antenna.

    I've got a 2017 ZR2 with the same reception issues, I dropped it off at the dealer. We shall see. I came here looking for answers. Seems like this has been a problem for awhile now.
