Hey guys, I have just got a 2014 sierra with a 2.5 in level & 305/55/20's with 46K miles. Getting the same issue with the gear mesh/binding/clunking noise. I am trying to see if there is a new rack and pinion or if the part number was fixed in the 2015-2018 production runs. I know the supplier had to have been made aware of the issue. I am trying to get this covered by GM as there are proof of other individuals getting it covered. But I also entertained the option of doing it myself. I would have the truck aligned afterwards but as far as computer work/calibrating, what needs to be done? Thanks,
