High pitch noise with A/C on passenger side

I have the 2019 Silverado HD high country. I too heard a similar sound when driving, it turned out to be the air vent. When my wife rides with me, she would close an air vent causing the high pitched sound, when vent opened, it stopped. Took it to dealer and they heard it as well. Said it may be some type of a seal. I couldn't leave at that time but will bring it back.

Adding satin wrap to the grill. Will put wrap on rest of chrome as well.
