This was my intake valves on a 2018 sierra 5.3L. at 27k with no catch can and 0w-20 oil. When i did my cam swap i cleaned them up and added a catch can and switched to 0W-30 oil. I can say the engine sounds much quieter with the 30wt and the catch can works great. Haven’t pulled the intake off agin to check if the valves are any cleaner though, however the can does capture more than i thought it would.
