    This was my intake valves on a 2018 sierra 5.3L. at 27k with no catch can and 0w-20 oil. When i did my cam swap i cleaned them up and added a catch can and switched to 0W-30 oil. I can say the engine sounds much quieter with the 30wt and the catch can works great. Haven’t pulled the intake off agin to check if the valves are any cleaner though, however the can does capture more than i thought it would.

    New LS4 valve springs going on. Also went with trunnion bushings for the rocker arms. They are supposed to be better and wont fail and dump a bunch of needle bearings all through out your engine causing a real bad day.

    Dirty intake valves after only 27,000 miles. Installed a catch can to prevent this from happening any more.
