I have a 2018 GMC sierra and for a year the display screen was ok. A few months ago when in reverse it lost the bottom 25% and replaced it with the selection for the grid either off or on. That selection is in basic settings and does not need to take up part of the screen. Now it's all the time and the view is squeezed into a smaller space. The dealer worked on it for an hour, reflashed it no change. In the end they said they "think" it's normal. Are you kidding me?? That's what they say when they want you to just go away. Anybody else with this screen problem.
