    I own the 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic WT and I've had the problem since I bought it, but not anymore... Step 1: disconnect the battery terminals. Step 2: unplug the cluster connector. Step 3: plug the cluster connector back in. Step 4: reconnect the battery terminals. This will fix the language scrolling issue.
