I have been wanting to get different shocks at least in the front. I currently have rancho rs5001 in the front and with the roads in cali it is a really rough ride. Any one have any recommendations. I need something much softer than these.

I was wondering if you guys think I should change the spark plugs for new ones if they look like this? The gap is ok, and i'm not sure how many miles they have on them.
