  1. Mine has a regular old key (no fob) since it's a custom trail boss. I'm thinking yours is the LT Trail Boss. Perhaps there's an underlying issue that's the same despite which key style...not sure.
  2. Good question. I haven't tried the other key but maybe I'll swap them out tonight. It's a tough one to troubleshoot because it's happened only a handful of times since buying the truck in late December.
  3. Hi everyone! Brand new Chevy owner and first time forum member here! I just bought a 2020 Custom Trail Boss (LOVE this truck) and have had an intermittent issue since owning it for the last 1,800 miles. I unlock the truck, hop up in, put in the key and turn and NOTHING happens. The only thing that pops up on the small dash screen is "service theft deterrent system." I jiggle the wheel, open the door, pull out and insert the key again and it will start (not sure which of these is actually fixing it). Has anyone else had this problem??? My dealership was unable to help the 1st time it was in the shop but I'm scheduled to take it again tomorrow. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this issue and was able to have it successfully repaired by their dealership. THANKS!!!!!
