Some Mountain Dew and a Home Depot run helped me cinch up the plastic lower bumper to the upper steel one. The grille is back on and so far driving today temps got to around the 160-170 mark. If I kicked on the A/C which turns both fans on high, the trans temps drop to around 150 or below You can see where it was sagging

Just did a little more work. Played with power tools. Fun Fun I had to make a bracket so here is a before and after Before: After: I bought a piece of 36"x1"x1/8" Aluminum (gotta save weight ) flat bar at Home Depot along with some 5/16" bolts, washers, lock washers, and nuts to make a top bracket for the cooler. It was only bolted on the bottom.

It hurt yesterday after the radiator swap. So I went to the local hydraulic shop and had them do it

The new one is 2.75" thick. I'll have it mailed out tomorrow. Its packaged in bubble wrap. What you see in the pic is what you're getting. Cooler, hose, hose connectors, and clamps.

Well I went to the dealer and got the GM paperwork on my truck. It has been in 6 times according to the paperwork. It was purchased in late 03 with 12 miles. And well, I felt I was in heaven... Then I went to Pickup Salvage Co. That place is like Toys 'я' Us to me. Picked these up. Also if your'e military you get a discount at Jegs, so I picked something up there today.
