Tires Iam looking at are 3000 lb rating load index E. Thank you

I have a 2020 quad cab Denali dually . Stock tires are 32” tall wheels are 17” . I want to change to 33”tall tires 20” wheels with load range E . Couple people have told me this will change ride quality and towing rate , I pull a 39’ 13000 lb 5th wheel . I do not think a 1/2” taller tire and taller wheels are going to make any difference . My wife has a 19 Escalade with factory 21s . Cadillac are known for nice ride they would not of put factory 21s on if it effected ride quality , just thought I would throw that in lol . Any help would be appreciated.
