I am looking at a new 2020 2500 HD. Problem is you have to disconnect two connectors to get the tailgate off. This is not a problem, but having a reverse camera is. I have found a supposedly compatible camera from various manufacturers, But none of them include the main connector which has to be removed along with the camera connector when you take the tailgate off. They only provide the connector for the camera and I nor the dealership can find a disconnect for the camera only. it is wired with or into the main disconnect, and both have to come off when removing the tailgate. I have a slide-in truck camper and will be removing the tailgate frequently. Has anyone found a workaround for this?
