Message gone but still gonna get a recalibrate done

I got a level in last week and it was fine. But got the alignment and bigger tires kn yesterday and this morning I got a service esc message and my cruise won't work now.... Any ideas?

where is everyone getting there 1" blocks from for the 19+ body style?
