I’ll go through it again, as I didn’t see the part number for a repair end or fix.

I purchased a new 2020 2500HD truck as well as the new camera for the back of the trailer. The installation of the camera went well and it synchronized with the the rest of the camera system easily. After four uses I damaged the camera cable/plug and would like to crimp on a new plug if possible.. one of the Chevy Parts guys says that I will have to replace the entire $400+ camera due to the fact that there isn’t any other repairs possible. Im writing to see if anyone else has broke one of the conductors and found a solution for a repair? Also to warn others to be gentle with the cord and plug as they are somewhat fragile. Any ideas?
