It says "follow the instructions on the screen to pair a new Bluetooth device" but nothing changes on the screen.

So randomly the Bluetooth in my '17 silverado stopped working. By stopped working I mean it doesn't recognize that it even has Bluetooth. I cannot pair or manage devices. Both options are greyed out when I press media or go to Bluetooth in the settings. I've tried factory resetting the radio through the settings, I've also disconnected my battery for an hour (which did nothing). I've been searching online for weeks and can't find anyone else with this issue. Chevy wants to charge me $160 just to look at it. https://imgur.com/a/dS0Qa0j Please help... Shawn
