If you have a scan tool go in and clear the codes. I had the same issue when adding a lift kit the caliper fell ripped the wires out of the connection. Took it apart wired it back in plugged it together after i reinstalled then i Noticed the engine light scanned it and it pulled codes for TC, ESC, and basically everything u saw on the information system. I cleared it and restarted the truck and bam all good. Idk if removing it causes it to go all wacky or if its because I had a dipshit moment and didn't secure the caliper. Also i have the amp research power steps and they plug into the obd port had my truck in for an oil change and to check the breaks because they screch like hell when i first get in well when I got in from the dealership I noticed the obd plug in was disconnected thats what lead me to run a scan tool this time. Hope there is some useful information here
