    I have a 2021 3500 AT4 standard 6'10" box and just purchased a Jayco Talon 5th wheel trailer. I seem to be having a difficult time getting an answer as to whether or not I can use a fixed hitch or need a sliding hitch. These trucks apparently have moved the center point 2 inches back of the axle and the bed is longer so I'm hoping I don't need a slider. A hitch shop told me they've had a couple guys take out their tailgates with sliding hitches, and the RV dealer is no help as they have no idea.

    I had the cameras stop working on my 2021 3500, took it in the first time and they disconnected the control module and reset everything. The second time they told me a battery had gone dead so they replaced it with a larger capacity battery. I drive every day and I have 2 batteries and dual alternators, so I suspect there is something going on with the batteries, not a draw. The dealership had to call the GM TAC line to get advice as they hadn't seen this issue before
