Did you ever get this resolved? My 2021 v6 silverado has had the same issue. Been back to the service centers 6 times now, they keep claiming its normal. I've had 3 independent mechanics sit in the truck and all say "bullshit, get them to fix it." I currently have in for service again, had them give me a loaner and basically had to refuse to take the truck back till they opened a case with TAC. Im not holding my breath anything will happen. I think they know its a design flaw they cant fix. Haven't decided what ill do yet it if this step doesn't get me anywhere.
