Installed this(Hellwig 7780) on my 22.5 High Country with Adaptive Ride Control (ARC). As others had stated, back of truck felt soft in corning and I had put a rear bad on my 2007 GMT900 and enjoyed the results, so I wanted to return to that tighter ride feel.
Again, as others had stated, instructions could have been better and the single CAD picture showing how it went together was the best support. Also had the black metal washers left over?
Was challenging to get the Ubolts over the frame rail in the front, but once that was done it was easy going.
Ride has improved with the truck feeling more firm and cornering has improved 90%. Cowl shake is down and like others have said, you can now drive it into a corner and feel confidant with the large beast. I was concerned about adaptive ride, but this actually works well with ARC and looking forward to more fun driving and trailing with it.
