Cleaned pins and cleaned up ground. Problem solved.

Hey all, I just replaced both wiring harnesses for the tail lights, all bulbs, and now the junction block. Everything was brand new GM except the junction block which I got from a local used parts dealer. The drivers side tail light is dim compared to the passenger side, all lights work but they just aren't as bright. I noticed that when I have my blinkers on the back up lights flash with them and I can't remember if it was like that before I switched everything.
