Hello all. I’m new to the forum thing infact I accidentally posted this same question in the Yukon forum but I didn’t know where else to check. I recently picked up my new Silverado 2500 custom and it has the DGB mirrors however due to the extremely ugly black rectangle in the side of it is like to upgrade them to the DWI mirrors. My local dealerships are telling me it can’t be done but I have a very hard time believing that. Shouldn’t it just be new mirrors and harnesses for the doors and a bcm reflash? What am I missing here?? Any help or ideas of how to get the dwi mirrors work will be much appreciated
